Template:Namespace Max Madigan was the CEO of Mad Style. He hired True Jackson when he saw that she had tweaked his clothing into something she liked. He has a grudge against Kopelman, because he laughed at one of his earlier designs back in the 1980's on live television. It’s revealed that he believes in signs when he turned the office into a jungle retreat. His secret was that he thought about selling Mad Style when his horse statue broke. He joint-owned Christine &amp Madigan with Simon Christini. He is portrayed by Greg Proops.

Max possesses a playful, childlike nature, part of the reason he and True get along so well. He also is shown to be quite eccentric, for example, listening to a Spanish soap opera, even though he doesn't speak Spanish, despite this, he can be more serious when he needs to be, and some occasions are shown to be wise, giving out very good advice.

He‘s married to True's school librarian named Doris Aidem. In the episode "Max Mannequin," Max has the courage to propose to Doris from the sky. Like Ryan, he is occasionally shown to be quite agile and flexible, in "Trapped in Paris" he showed he‘s a fast learner, after only one lesson, he knew enough taekwondo to take down four of Gustav's henchmen.

In the series finale, Max announces that he and Doris are going to have a baby. He then tells True he’s retiring and leaves her in charge of the company.
