Kopelman is an executive at Mad style that Max dislikes. Max and sometimes other characters usually treat Kopelman poorly often kicking out of meetings or humiliating him which is one of the show's running gags. His mistreatment makes him the most disrespected character in the series the second being Ryan. He has shown to have worked for Max a long time being in a video of Max during the early 80's and laughing at his design which maybe why Max despises him so much. Kopelman loves eating often being shown eating or drinking something even during meetings. Despite the fact that he never talks he is always accussed of saying something wrong or not even given an opportunity to speak. On occassion Kopelman is treated with some kind of respect like when True came back to Mad Style Max was so happy he embraced Kopelman, and one other time in the series finale when True has all the kids she knows work at Mad Style and Kopelman arrives confused as he was forced to skydive off the plane by Max and wasn't aware of what happened. True rather than kicking him out allows Kopleman to work at Mad Style making him the only adult working at Mad Style with the exeption of Amanda who fell in water turning her into a young teen again.
